Be the engine behind the operation. We are looking for an Administrative Specialist - Finance & HR (Shared Services Specialist) to join our team.

At SSP Canada, our airport teams rely on precision, accountability, and speed. This Administrative Specialist - Finance & HR role sits right at the center of it all.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be the operational backbone supporting finance, HR, and administrative functions across the airport:

Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and cash controls
Oversee inventory tracking, petty cash, and safe audits across terminals
Compile and deliver reports (partnering with IT when needed)
Support new hire onboarding, badging, parking, and uniform distribution
Assist with job fairs and initial candidate interactions
Maintain accurate records, compliance, and system integrity
Ensure cash handling and inventory procedures are followed, no exceptions

What You Bring

Minimum: High school diploma + 3 years of admin experience supporting finance, HR, or accounting
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience with inventory or financial systems (Crunchtime, HotSchedules, etc. = bonus points)
Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
A natural self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
