Key Responsibilities of the Barback:

• Supporting the bar team by setting up and closing down the bar efficiently before and after service
• Keeping the bar fully stocked at all times, including glassware, garnishes, ingredients, and equipment
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all bar areas
• Monitoring stock levels and proactively communicating with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth service
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including responsible handling of alcohol and equipment
• Contributing to a welcoming, high-energy environment that enhances the guest experience
