The Red Lion, Stratford-upon-Avon will be opening in Early Summer 2025

We are thrilled to announce our next opening in the beautiful town of Stratford-upon-Avon in Early summer 2025, so we have an amazing opportunity for a very experienced Chefs to join our fantastic team.

The Red Lion is located on the canal in historic Stratford Upon Avon and just moments from the Royal Shakespeare Company. A listed building, the pub will be sympathetically renovated to create 175 internal covers across the bar and dining room with an additional 200 external covers created in the spacious garden.

Recently announced in the Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work, Heartwood Collection is an award-winning collection of cosy pubs and atmospheric brasseries at the heart of their local communities serving great fresh, seasonal food. About You:

Have a passion and a proven track record in delivering great quality and fresh food
Able to work at least 2 sections as part of the kitchen team and follow recipes
3-4 years experience or progression in a service setting with intermediate knife skills and working with classical cooking techniques
