As our CRM & Loyalty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of how we build meaningful, long‑term relationships with our guests, using data, creativity and smart technology to keep them coming back.

What you’ll do

You’ll lead the strategy and day‑to‑day delivery of CRM and loyalty across the Côte family, including:

Owning the customer retention strategy and building best‑in‑class programmes that drive frequency and loyalty across our brasserie and ecommerce brands.
Planning and delivering a consistent drumbeat of CRM campaigns that grow engagement, open rates and conversion.
Partnering with brand marketing to create standout, creatively relevant communications that bring our brand plan to life.
Evolving automated guest journeys—from pre‑visit to post‑visit, re‑engagement and lapsed recovery—to ensure every touchpoint feels personal and timely.
Acting as product owner for our loyalty programme, driving adoption, acquisition and compelling propositions for app users.
Building a robust test‑and‑learn framework across content, segmentation and user behaviours

Who you’ll be

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a marketer who blends creativity with analytical thinking, and who loves using data to tell stories and drive action.

Is results‑driven with strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for data and insight.
Has experience with Exponea/Bloomreach or similar CRM platforms.
Can create dynamic, personalised communications using triggers, events and segmentation.
Understands campaign hierarchies, contact rules and how to manage high‑volume, multi‑channel activity.
Brings both analytical rigour and creative flair to their work.
Enjoys collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders.
