Where You’ll Be Working

Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has been welcoming guests to the town since Tudor times. Having undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, the historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with 21st-century comforts. Sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs on its doorstep.

What You’ll Do

Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out efficiently.
Handle bookings, reservations, and guest enquiries accurately.
Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards.
Support the reception team and contribute to a positive guest experience.
