Deputy Manager

An established food retailer based on the channel islands are looking for a Deputy manager to drive service standards/sales whilst ensuring operations are efficient. This retailer has amassed a significant following over the years and is recognised globally by many.

As a Deputy manager the priority will be to motivate and guide your team on the shop floor, but also ensure that store standards are being maintained with an emphasis on stock availability and cost control

The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in high footfall environments and be based on the island of Guernsey or Jersey or open to relocation. An FMCG background is preferred for this role.

The salary is paying up to £45,000 plus a very realsitic 20% annual bonus. Help with relocation costs for UK Nationals is also possible.
